“A great piece of work. … An engaging mix of psychological insight and philosophical struggle, set against the backdrop of a tyrannical environmentalism that is, arguably, viable. It is a book of accessible thought, posing questions to the reader that soon find him or her striking up conversations at dinner tables and cafes.”
