Cleveland-born Mark Frutkin, a Canadian citizen since 1976, has published seven books of fiction and three books of poetry. His 1988 novel, Atmospheres Apollinaire, was short-listed for Canada’s Governor General's Award for fiction and was also short-listed for the Trillium Award (Province of Ontario). Fabrizio's Return won the 2006 Trillium Book Award, the 2006 Sunburst Award, and was a finalist for the Commonwealth Writer's Prize for Best Book (Canada/Caribbean). Frutkin has also published over 130 book reviews with amazon.com and amazon.ca.
